       Here's how to register and receive your BONUS DISK which 
       contains additional address listings and latest directory 
       UPDATE DISK of this product.

       The registration fee payable to the author is $35 which brings 
       by return mail a special BONUS DISK of additional addresses, the 
       current UPDATED mailing list, registration number and permission 
       to use the mailing list for postal and direct market mailings. 
       
       The registration form is contained in the file ORDER.FRM. You 
       can use the automated registration method from the main menu (it 
       is labelled "Print registration form on printer") to input your 
       address and requested disk size (5.25 inch or 3.5 inch 
       diskettes). Then your printer will automatically process and 
       print the registration form. Alternatively you can print the 
       order form from the DOS command line by typing the DOS command 
       like this:
